Good taco salads here in their San Bruno location. It was $11.29 + $2.49 for the added steak. That crispy flicky taco shell revivals the best of them. Free chips! If you want to mix it up, their mango salsa is a very unique La Salsa thing. They tend to get rid of the mango salsa during the holiday season though. Plenty of seats and service was excellent for a counter ordering restaurant. The cashier is also the chef. About La Salsa, I used to visit their SF Battery St. location near my office in the 2000's before they closed. Also previously in the 2000's, I used to visit their Mountain View location every other Saturday before going to Fry's Electronics. Their food is healthy if you order the right things.

Delicious burritos and excellent customer service and overall experience for a fast food establishment. I love the salsa bar and the regular salsa they offer is my favorite and suits my taste well. Food comes out soon after ordering and staff are polite and professional, highly recommend.

I hadn't been here in a long time and decided to take a chance again. I got the chicken grande burrito and it was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh and the flavor was more satisfying than the usual burrito I get from Chipotle plus don't have to pay EXTRA for guacamole! Plus they have a very appealing, well maintained salsa bar. Would definitely go back.

I'm late writing this review, but I went here quite a few months back. At the time, the vegetarian menu was a handwritten list at the counter where you order and wasn't posted on the walls. I ordered a California burrito with no meat and pinto beans, which was ready ahead of schedule. The vegetarian/meatless versions of dishes are cheaper than the standard ones with meat. The order came with chips, and they had quite a few salsa options available at the store to self serve, including a mild mango salsa. I thought the burrito was decent; didn't really stand out to me as particularly memorable or unique, but it was an okay quantity and tasted fine.

Shoutout to Wilton for giving his honest recommendation to me when having difficulties choosing between the grande (chicken) and the cabo (shrimp). He recommended the grande. I asked for the spiciest salsa and black beans. I'm not the best photographer, so my pictures don't do justice. Just know, I finished the whole thing in one sitting. Felt there wasn't that much chicken in there, but the black beans in the burrito were sweet and immaculate. As for the spiciest salsa, no kick what so ever. Maybe my tolerance is high? Appreciate Wilton and any other person who gives their honest opinion on food when I have a hard time deciding. If I can sense passion when I ask a cook that question, then they're honest, and I appreciate that. Thank you, Wilton!
